Tanzania Education and Skills Expo 2017

The Expo features exhibitions by all the stakeholders who are in one way or another involved in the provision and or promotion of education, skills development and employment. Exhibitors profiles are extended to include Government authorities, private sector organisations, vocational training centres, HR and recruitment agencies, development partners, non-profit organisations, teacher’s associations etc.

About the Expo

“Education/Equity/Employment, pledge for action” is the major theme for TANZANIA EDUCATION AND SKILLS EXPO 2017, country’s premier knowledge inspired event bringing together decision makers from the Government, private sector, civil society, the academia and donor community.

The two days Expo scheduled for 1st and 2nd November, 2017 will be held at the Julius Nyerere Conference Centre in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. About 2,000 delegates will be attending the event which will feature in discussion forums, debates, masterclasses and exhibitions will offer thought-leadership for education and skills that will transform the country.

About the theme

Education is everyone’s business from the Government to private sector players, academic institutions, training institutions, human capital development partners, teachers and parents. The theme for this year’s expo provide focus to the delegates over key areas that need clear and actionable commitments from all the stakeholders. This is not just another talk session rather a place where partners in education, skills development and employment agree to commit themselves into implementing policies and strategies geared towards achieving good results in education, equity in access to education and skills development programs that will deliver new jobs and sustainable employment for all.
